1. About Our Services

Zion Global Mentors provides student consultation, study abroad guidance, mentorship, university application support, and visa-related services.

2. Services Provided

• Student counselling and profile evaluation
• Guidance on course selection, destination countries, and academic pathways
• Mentorship and guidance for approaching and applying to universities abroad
• Assistance with university application requirements and submission
• Visa-related guidance and application support (separate service and fee)
• Dormitory and flight booking support (separate service and fee)

3. University Applications

Zion Global Mentors supports students in identifying suitable universities and preparing applications. Admission outcomes depend on university admission criteria, academic background and documents provided, and availability of seats and institutional policies. Final admission decisions are made by the respective universities.

4. Visa Services

Visa-related services are offered as a separate service with a separate fee. We assist with understanding visa requirements, document preparation guidance, and application process support. Final visa decisions are made solely by embassies and immigration authorities.

5. User Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, the student agrees to:

• Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information
• Submit genuine and complete documents
• Follow all legal and immigration requirements
• Respond on time and meet application deadlines
• Use our services ethically and responsibly

Zion Global Mentors is not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by incorrect, incomplete, or false information.

6. Payment Terms

• Fees will be clearly communicated before engagement
• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before services commence
• University application fees, visa fees, embassy charges, dormitory fees, and flight charges are borne by the student
• No refunds will be provided once services have started or applications have been initiated

7. Termination of Services

Zion Global Mentors reserves the right to terminate or refuse services if a student violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false or misleading information, or engages in fraudulent, unethical, or unlawful behavior. Fees already paid will not be refundable in such cases.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information and documents shared by the student will be kept confidential and used only for consultation, mentorship, applications, visa support, and related services.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and updated guidance, Zion Global Mentors is not responsible for changes in university policies, changes in visa rules or immigration laws, delays caused by third parties, or decisions made by universities or authorities. Our liability is limited to the scope of services agreed upon.

10. Use of Website Content

All content on this website, including text, visuals, and branding, belongs to Zion Global Mentors and may not be copied, reproduced, or misused without written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
